Browns RB Jerome Ford kicked off the game with a 66-yard scamper and would find the end zone in the third quarter. Ford accounted for 42.8% of the Browns offensive yards in the game. He ran 11 times for 92 yards and the score while also catching all five of his targets for 39 yards.
Ford was the clear lead back with 16 of the 24 backfield touches in the game. Both RBs Pierre Strong and D’Onta Foreman only had two rushes a piece.
Ford should roll into the fantasy championship as the lead back once again next week.
He has a neutral match-up against the Dolphins next week for the fantasy championship.
