Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes left Sunday’s game against the Browns with an ankle injury in the fourth quarter of today’s game. Despite throwing two TDs, Mahomes only competed 50% of his passes going 19-for-38 for 159 yards.
Mahomes threw the ball plenty but the Browns’ blitz and pass rush caused another day of inaccurate passes and throw aways. It remains to be seen what the extent of his ankle injury is, but we know Mahomes will tough it out if at all possible.
If he is able to play, Mahomes has a neutral match-up against the Texans next week but ends the fantasy season with a negative match-up against the Steelers.
