RB Alvin Kamara accounted for 215 scrimmage yards in Sunday's loss to the Panthers. He handled 29 of the team's 41 rushing attempts, averaging 5.3 yards per carry en route to 155 on the ground. Kamara also led the Saints in targets (9), receptions (6), and receiving yards (60). He ceded the team's TDs to Taysom Hill (rushing) and Foster Moreau (receiving).
It's not news that the New Orleans offense centers on Kamara. The latest concussion for WR Chris Olave will only put him more in focus -- especially with Kendre Miller on IR and Jamaal Williams dealing with a groin injury.
The Saints get negative RB scoring matchups with Atlanta and Cleveland the next two weeks, ahead of a Week 12 bye. But Kamara's receiving usage makes the matchups matter less.
His schedule beyond that Week 12 bye looks fine.
