Chiefs RB Jerick McKinnon (groin) was upgraded to full participation in Thursday's practice. That sets him up to return for this weekend's game vs. the Bills. McKinnon's status has taken on increased importance with RB Isiah Pacheco dealing with a shoulder injury.
