Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence said Wednesday that he expects to be a full-go for the start of training camp. He's rehabbing from December surgery to repair an AC joint injury to his left (non-throwing) shoulder. Lawrence plans to throw on a limited basis in OTAs.
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
We're not expecting the shoulder to be an issue for Lawrence this coming season -- especially considering it's the non-throwing side. Still, the missed reps this spring aren't ideal as Lawrence settles into new HC Liam Coen's offense. Hopefully he can avoid setbacks and take all the reps come training camp.
Lawrence has underwhelmed in both real life and fantasy football through four NFL seasons. But he's still 25, has an elite WR at his disposal in Brian Thomas, and a much-hyped new HC. There's still top-12 fantasy upside here -- and Lawrence is sitting QB19 in recent best-ball ADP.
