Dolphins RB De’Von Achane notched 17 carries for 73 yards and 1 score in Sunday's win over Vegas. He added 32 receiving yards on an 11% target share.
Achane’s score came on a well-blocked run off tackle from the two yard-line. Earlier, he took a catch down to the one yard-line.
The second-year back remained the primary ball carrier, as Jaylen Wright and Raheem Mostert combined for only 8 carries. Mostert briefly left the game with a hip.
Achane remains a viable RB1 for Sunday’s matchup with New England. The Patriots have allowed 80+ rushing yards to lead backs in seven of their past eight games.
