Bengals RB Chase Brown ran for 32 yards and a TD to lead Cincinnati's backfield in Sunday's loss to the Eagles. He averaged just 2.7 yards per carry across his 12 attempts. Brown added 2 receptions for 2 yards. His 4 targets matched Zack Moss.

2024 Fantasy Football Impact

Brown actually trailed Moss by 2 snaps for the game. He beat his backfield mate by 7 carries but ran three fewer routes.

Brown remains the better bet for fantasy production, but this game serves as a reminder that his playing time will suffer when Cincinnati falls behind.

He and the Bengals get a high-upside matchup with the Raiders in Week 9. But the Ravens and Chargers don't look nearly as good the following two weeks -- with a Week 12 bye beyond those games.
