Saints HC Dennis Allen said Wednesday that QB Spencer Rattler will start this weekend's game vs. the Bucs. The fifth-round rookie boasts exciting arm talent but completed just 53% of his passes at 5.3 yards per attempt this preseason. He's not a Week 6 fantasy option and is a downgrade for New Orleans' pass catchers. Allen also said Wednesday that QB Derek Carr (oblique) is "week to week" but won't go on IR.
