Colts WR Josh Downs (ankle) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice. It was his first official practice of the season after missing all three last week. Downs told the media afterward that he's about "80-90%" recovered from his high-ankle sprain. We'll keep an eye on his progress over the next few days, leading up to Sunday's game vs. the Packers. But Downs shouldn't be in your Week 2 fantasy plans.
